8. Product Exchange: If your returned product falls within our quality parameters, you can exchange it for a relevant product of equal value at any of our Mallika Hemachandra Jewellers Branch.
9. Delivery Confirmation: To ensure the safe delivery of each product, our delivery team will require your signature as confirmation.
Return Policy:
1. Exchange within 7 Days: Customers can exchange purchased products within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they adhere to our return policy.
2. Showroom Return: Please visit the nearest Mallika Hemachandra Jewellers showroom to initiate a return. Ensure that the products you wish to return maintain the required quality conditions and include all protective materials, the original box and relevant documents like Invoice or Receipt.
3. Quality Conditions: During the time of return, we will accept returns if the products are in standard quality conditions. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
4. Product Replacement: If stocks are available, customers can exchange their products on a one-to-one basis. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds at any time.
