Delivery Policy:

2. Change of Delivery Information: Should you need to amend your delivery information, kindly contact our dedicated customer service team promptly. Please ensure all changes are made before your order is processed.

3. Prompt Payment: To expedite the delivery of your chosen product, we kindly request that you complete your payment promptly.

4. Confirmation Email: Upon confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email to keep you informed of about the order.

5. Delivery Areas: Mallika Hemachandra Jewellers offers complimentary delivery within Colombo 1 – Colombo 15. For selected areas in the Western Province, a delivery charge may apply. Please inquire for further details.

6. Secure Packaging: Rest assured, all our products are delivered in securely packages. We kindly ask you to inspect the package’s quality conditions and the product upon receipt. If you notice any defects in the package, please inform our delivery team immediately and we will take care of the process.

7. Order Limit: Customers can place orders up to a value of Rs.1, 000,000. If the order value is exceeding this limit will not be processed for delivery.

8. Product Exchange: If your returned product falls within our quality parameters, you can exchange it for a relevant product of equal value at any of our Mallika Hemachandra Jewellers Branch.

9. Delivery Confirmation: To ensure the safe delivery of each product, our delivery team will require your signature as confirmation.

Return Policy:

1. Exchange within 7 Days: Customers can exchange purchased products within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they adhere to our return policy.

2. Showroom Return: Please visit the nearest Mallika Hemachandra Jewellers showroom to initiate a return. Ensure that the products you wish to return maintain the required quality conditions and include all protective materials, the original box and relevant documents like Invoice or Receipt.

3. Quality Conditions: During the time of return, we will accept returns if the products are in standard quality conditions. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

4. Product Replacement: If stocks are available, customers can exchange their products on a one-to-one basis. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds at any time.
