- Delivery Areas: MHJ offers complimentary delivery within Colombo 1 – Colombo 15. For selected areas in the Western Province, a delivery charge may apply. Please inquire for further details.
- Secure Packaging: Rest assured, all our products are delivered in securely sealed packages. We kindly ask you to inspect the package's quality conditions upon receipt. If you notice any defects in the sealed package, please inform our delivery team immediately and we will take care of the process.
- Order Limit: Customers can place orders up to a value of Rs 1,000,000. Orders exceeding this limit will not be processed for delivery.
- Product Exchange: If your returned product falls within our quality parameters, you can exchange it for a relevant product of equal value.
- Delivery Confirmation: To ensure the safe delivery of each product, our delivery team will require your signature as confirmation.
- Exchange Within 7 Days: Customers can exchange purchased products within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they adhere to our return policy.
- Showroom Return: Please visit the nearest MHJ showroom to initiate a return. Ensure that the products you wish to return maintain the required quality conditions and include all protective materials, tags, stickers, the original box, and relevant documents.
- Quality Conditions: During the time of return, We will accept returns if the products are in standard quality conditions. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
- Product Replacement: If stocks are available, customers can exchange their products on a one-to-one basis. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds at any time.
